The house is situated in a quiet area.
Every apartment has it's own Kitchen, Bathroom , Balcony, and Satellite TV.
Air Conditioning is available in every apartment (optional at €5 per day).
In the garden there is a very large BBQ / grill which can be used by all
residents of the house.
The beach is only 250 m away and is reachable in a few minutes on foot
Shopping approx.250m, Tennis courts approx.150m and Restaurants and
Hotels approx100m away from the apartment.
The house has it's own parking area situated at the front.
Washing machine, Telephone and Internet access are available through the
owner of the house.

Payment conditions:
If you arrive by plane, we shall pick you up and take you back to the pula
Airport. (Easyjet should fly from London to Pula this Summer)
The price includes: clean bed clothes, Water and electric costs. Kitchen
utilities, Parking and cleaning of the apartment on the last Day.
The reservation is valid by paying 10% of the price (minimal 50 €) to our
Bank account in Weil Am Rhein (Germany) . The rest of the price has to be
payed 10 days before the arrival date to Medulin.
Tourist registration and living taxes are not included in the price, it costs
~0.8 - 1 € for an adult per day.-

Medulin,
(formerly known as Mutila in ancient times), has around 3000 inhabitants with
a long, structured coastline, surrounded by a lot of small islands,
Today Medulin is a very famous tourist centre,
In the area you will find everything you need, a bank, post office, hospital,
flowershop, Wine cellar, beauty salon,a lot of small stores,Goldstores,
Souvenir shops e.t.c.
Sport activities in Medulin:
Tennis, Football, Minigolf, Bowling, Boccia, Beach-Volleyball, Riding,
Surfing, Sailing, Diving, Ride and waterski school.
Rent a boat, Scooter, bikes and a lot of more.
For the young people there is a famous club in Medulin and for the older
generation a lot of terraces with live music.
Medulin is well known for it's good classical concerts in summer.
